If you feel that you have already met the published prerequisites (please refer to UNLV catalog or your advising office) for the course that you intend to enroll, please contact the appropriate office as indicated below to discuss your particular situation and possibly obtain a prerequisite waiver form. Each form must be authorized by the appropriate official and then submitted to the Registrar's Office at Frazier Hall for processing.
