Availability of Online Registration

Registration and web student information is available during the following times:

Normal operating hours for Online Registration
Monday - Saturday:	12:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday:	8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Online registration has a maximum time limit of 8 minutes to complete all transactions. Any student still logged in after 8 minutes will be automatically logged off.

Dates to Know

• August 22, 2008: Last day to pay fees without a late penalty.

• August 25, 2008: Semester Begins.

• August 29, 2008: Last Day to pay fees with a $125 late penalty.

 

Technical Considerations to register online:

• Use Internet Explorer (IE) on computers not used exclusively by the student.

• Use only newer versions of browsers. Netscape 6+ IE 5.5+.

• If you have problems using SIS Web - check the browser version first and upgrade if needed.

Labs, Overlapping Courses, Pre-Requisites, Co-Requisites

When registering for classes, keep in mind the following criteria:

• If registering for a course that has a lab or discussion group as a co-requisite, you must register for the lab/discussion group first and the course second.

• Web registration will not allow students to register for courses that overlap.

• Students are responsible for checking course prerequisite in the catalogs.
